Senior's Yoga : Pre-Registered Series Friday 10:45am-11:45am
This class is dedicated to those with limited flexibly and for those that have a more difficult time getting on and off the floor. This is a great place to start if you are extremely tight due to injury or if you are joining yoga for the first time as a senior. Classes are very gentle and always with proper support and props to ensure poses are done safely.
