Most of us do not know how to breathe properlly. Our breath can be too shallow or uneven causing extra stresses on the body.
This workshop will teach you how to connect to the full capacity of your lungs, to breathe fully, evenly and mindfully.
Using the breath as a gateway to a more calm and steady mind we will cultivate mindfullness through the art of meditation; learning to step more into our awareness and further from life's dramas.
