Yoga is a Sanskrit word meaning "Union"; using yoga postures along with the breath to unite Body, Mind and Spirit. In a day and age where there are so many different yoga classes to choose from, we do our best to stay true to the ancient tradition that is Yoga by delivering the physical practise in a way that will give your body a work out, your mind a time out and your spirit a chance to soar.
It is our intention to not only teach you the asanas (yoga poses) but also to share with you the wonderful 5000 year old philosophy that Yoga is so well known for.
Breathe Yoga Studio offers a variety of yoga classes and styles. In our flow classes you are moving with fluidity and always with breath to build strength or try Yin Yoga to transcend the physical, opening your body through deepening poses and expanding your mind in the process.
